Commercial Manager – DOOH & Media Partnerships (m/f/d)

Intro


We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven team member to help grow and shape our new Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) business from an early stage. 

This is not a traditional sales role. You will combine business development, campaign operations, client management, and strategic market development in a fast-moving startup environment. 

You will play a key role in building our DOOH presence, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful campaign execution across multiple markets. 

The role includes identifying and acquiring small local clients, often through direct outreach and in‑person visits.

You will take ownership of commercial activities for our DOOH business, with a primary focus on Berlin and a secondary focus on Amsterdam.

What You'll Do


Commercial Growth & Partnerships 
  • Identify and acquire new advertising clients and strategic partners
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with SMEs, brands, and direct clients
  • Support the development of regional and national sales strategies
  • Position ENYRING as an innovative DOOH media player in Berlin and Amsterdam
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities 

Campaign Management & Operations 
  • Coordinate campaign setup, scheduling, and execution
  • Advise clients on effective use of our DOOH inventory
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance and reporting
  • Create sales materials, presentations, case studies, and campaign reports
  • Support quotation preparation, invoicing, and billing processes
  • Ensure smooth operational execution together with internal teams  

Cross-Functional Collaboration 
  • Work closely with Product and Operations teams
  • Support the ongoing development of our DOOH products and processes
  • Contribute to data-driven commercial decision-making
  • Identify trends and opportunities within the DOOH and AdTech ecosystem

What You'll Bring


Experience & Skills
  • Several years of experience in media sales, DOOH, digital advertising, AdTech, or a related commercial role
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising and campaign workflows
  • Experience managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities
  • Hands-on and solution-oriented working style
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a startup environment
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales/campaign reporting tools  
  • Experience in cold outreach

Nice to Have 
  • Experience on the agency, media owner, or media vendor side
  • Existing network within the DOOH or digital media industry
  • Experience working with DOOH platforms or AdTech solutions
  • Willingness to travel regularly to Amsterdam
