Intro
We are looking for a hands‑on UI/UX Designer (mid–senior level) to take end‑to‑end ownership of the UI/UX redesign of our mobile app (iOS & Android) and the UX redesign of the backoffice.
You will be the main design owner for the app experience and a key contributor to the backoffice UX, working closely with the Head of Service Design and a dedicated developer to translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into high‑quality, coherent product experiences.
This role sits within the Service Design team and combines strong execution, user‑centered thinking, and close collaboration across design, development, and stakeholders.
