In samenwerking met Yamaha Motor Company bouwen we aan een groenere toekomst door middel van slimme en duurzame batterijoplossingen.

Om onze groei in Nederland te versnellen, zijn we op zoek naar een Infrastructure & Partnerships Manager. Jij wordt verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren, installeren en onderhouden van batterijwisselstations voor onze Light Electric Vehikels in Amsterdam. De ideale kandidaat is praktisch ingesteld, beschikt over sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden en kan waardevolle samenwerkingen aangaan met lokale bedrijven.

Locaties vinden en veiligstellen voor batterijwisselstations

Uitvoeren van marktonderzoek om potentiële locaties te identificeren.
In Amsterdam locaties scouten om geschikte plekken voor onze Battery Swapping Stations te vinden.
Contact leggen met bedrijven en vastgoedeigenaren om samenwerkingen aan te gaan.
Communicatie met potentiele partners over technische en niet-technische documentatie ten aanzien van onze Battery Swapping Stations
Uitvoeren van haalbaarheidsstudies en pre-check evaluaties, inclusief tijd- en locatiebeheer.
Op locatie pre-checks en toestemmingscontroles uitvoeren in samenwerking met het juridische team op onz hoofdkantoor in Berlijn en lokale adviseurs.

Coördinatie van installatie en onderhoud

Bedrijven selecteren voor installatie van onze Battery Swapping Stations op locaties van onze partners.
Coördinatie van/met installatiepartners om een soepele plaatsing en snelle operationele gereedheid te garanderen.
Onderhoudspartners selecteren voor doorlopende service en een optimale werking van de Battery Swapping Stations.
Onderhoudsactiviteiten beheren, waaronder reparaties, servicebeurten en het verwijderen van graffiti om de uitstraling van de Battery Swapping stations te behouden.

Samenwerking & projectmanagement

Intensief samenwerken met het Nederlandse ENYRING-team en het hoofdkantoor in Berlijn om het netwerk van Battery Swapping Stations uit te breiden.
Geven van inzcihten in lokale markttrends en regelgeving.
Afstemming met de team op ons hoofdkantoor in Berlijn (operations, product) om projectdoelen en brandingconsistent te houden tussen de verschillende markten.

Jouw profiel

3-5 jaar ervaring in technisch projectmanagement, operations, business development of een vergelijkbare rol.
Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en een proactieve, praktische houding.
Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk) taal.
Ervaring met het opbouwen van partnerships, leveranciersbeheer of contractonderhandelingen.
Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook goed kunnen functioneren in een internationale startup.
Kennis van stedelijke infrastructuur, mobiliteit of duurzame energieoplossingen is een pré.
Ervaring met tools zoals Asana, GIS-mappin en projectmanagementsoftware is een pluspunt.

To accelerate our growth in the Netherlands, we are looking for an Infrastructure & Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for identifying, installing, and maintaining battery swapping stations for our light electric vehicles in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to operations, strong project management skills, and the ability to build partnerships with local businesses.

Finding & Securing Battery Swapping Station Locations

Conduct market research to identify potential locations for battery swapping stations.
Perform on-the-ground scouting in Amsterdam to find suitable locations.
Reach out to companies and property owners to establish partnerships.
Manage communication with landlords and stakeholders regarding technical and non-technical documentation.
Conduct feasibility assessments and pre-check evaluations, including time and location management.
Perform onsite pre-check assessments and permission checks in coordination with the legal team at our HQ and local legal advisors.

Installation & Maintenance Coordination

Identify and select companies for the on-time and budget-conscious installation of our battery swapping stations on partner grounds.
Coordinate with installation partners to ensure seamless setup and operational readiness.
Find and select maintenance partners to provide ongoing service and ensure battery stations remain in optimal condition.
Manage maintenance activities, including repairs, servicing, and graffiti cleaning to maintain aesthetics.

Collaboration & Project Management

Work closely with ENYRING’s Netherlands and Berlin HQteam to support the expansion of battery swapping infrastructure.
Provide insights into local market trends and regulatory requirements.
Align with ENYRING’s Berlin-based teams (operations, product) to ensure project goals and brand messaging remain consistent across markets.

Qualification

3 to 5 years of experience in technical project management, operations, business development, or a related role.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
Excellent command of Dutch and English (written & spoken).
Experience in partnership development, vendor management, or contract negotiations.
Ability to work independently while collaborating in an international startup team and vibe.
Knowledge of urban infrastructure, mobility, or sustainable energy solutions is a plus.
Familiarity with tools such as Asana, GIS mapping, and project management software is an advantage.
