ENYRING is a newly launched company with a head office in Berlin and a branch in Amsterdam with a grand vision - to expand the ring of sustainable mobility across all of Europe and create a global wave of positive change. As a subsidiary of Yamaha Motor Company, we have a solid foundation and a sponsor to drive our mission forward.
Amid the ongoing mobility revolution, questions arise about the true sustainability of electric vehicles and shared mobility solutions. How can we extend the life of electric mobility, especially when it comes to batteries that degrade over time? The answer lies in our innovative solution - swappable battery sharing.
Our goal is to share batteries as assets and manage them from their primary use in mobility to their reuse and recycling. To make this initiative a reality, we need your support and are looking for a Store Manager in Amsterdam. This store manager will run the local store and positively shape the ENYRING community.
- Grow the Store into an ENYRING brand ‘embassy’ by offering our customers the best-in-class experience during their store visit with our test rides. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge
- Increase sales: improve the profitability of the business. Turn the annual sales forecast into an actionable plan for the Berlin store to make sure we (over)deliver on our promises to our customers and hit the targets.
- Creating a pleasant working environment: promoting and exemplifying a positive environment for both staff and customers.
- Point of sale presentation: Ensuring that goods for sale are presented correctly and are in perfect condition to create the best possible sales environment.
- Lead, motivate, mentor and manage your colleague(s). Focus on training and development, to optimize sales performance.
- Recognizing the needs of our customers and providing qualified advice during the purchasing process. In-depth product knowledge is essential for this.
- Professionally solving problems and complaints using strong communication skills.
- Take responsibility for the full operation of the brand store. Manage stock levels and prepare accurate forecasts together with the marketing and sales team but also with the Country Manager.
- Together with the country team you will work on continuously improving the in-store experience and in-store productivity.
- Develop ideas to surprise and delight our local riders.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, order handling and maintaining store standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve store operation. Managing and maintaining the customer database.
